Privacy Policy

Seya is built to be privacy-conscious. This policy explains what we collect and why. This is a demonstration product and this policy is a good-faith template, not legal advice.

What we collect

Account details (email, display name), the profiles you create, and first-party product events: which series you view, watch progress, searches, and playback issues. We use these to power Continue Watching, recommendations, and to improve the product.

What we do not do

We do not store raw payment card details; payments are handled by our processor (Stripe). We do not sell your personal data. Analytics are first-party and aggregated wherever possible.

Your choices

You can edit personalization and email preferences in your account, and you can permanently delete your account and viewing data at any time from Account → Security.
